Effective February 17, 2021, Human Resources will be switching to a new ticketing platform, Zendesk for any HR-related questions and requests. We will no longer be using firstname.lastname@example.org or HRsupport@freedomforever.com.
Any ticket requests and HR-related questions should be directed to our ticketing portal. Please be sure to bookmark the 'Submit a ticket' link below.
Once you submit your ticket, you will receive an email that confirms we have obtained your message. Please refer to the SOP below on how to create and submit a ticket, ticket categories, and expected timelines.
The switch to Zendesk will ensure that we are responding to HR requests in a timely manner. This system will also help verify that your requests are going to the correct person and that we are setting realistic timelines on our response times. We are very excited to move forward with a more efficient ticketing system through Zendesk.
